How I See the World

Being first-generation taught me to observe before I speak.
Being dyslexic taught me to think visually and strategically.
Not finishing college taught me that credentials aren’t the only currency.

For 15 years, I worked inside executive rooms supporting founder CEOs.

I watched how power moves.
I watched who gets invited back.
I watched who doesn’t.

Eventually, I realized I didn’t want to just support power,
I wanted to build it.

I’m not interested in being the loudest voice in the room.
I’m interested in building rooms worth being in.
